Shipping and Handling
Shopmzzemma offers worldwide shipping with no export limitations.
We accept both Paypal and Credit/Debit Card payments for all orders.
1st class shipping £5.00 (1-3 working days) sent tracked and signed for
Next day delivery £8.00 Monday-Thursday orders must be made by 1pm
Saturday delivery £13.00 order by 1pm Friday
Orders made on a Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.
International shipping £20.00 (5-15 days).
We aim to ship all orders including international orders within 1-2 days, however please note that some payments can take up to 48 hours to be authorised
Returns and Exchanges
Shopmzzemma understands that ordering online is not always an easy task.
We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
Return guidelines
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit.
Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
All refunded items must be in their original packaging and conditions, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Any returned items that appear to have been worn washed or damaged in any way will result in a 15% fee or ineligibility to receive store credit. Bodysuits and swim wear are final sale.
Shopmzzemma does not offer refunds or exchanges.
If an item is returned store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
If your item was damaged incorrect upon receipt email info@shopmzzemma.co.uk with in 24 hours of receiving the package with photo proof.
Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
All items are returned to shopmzzemma at the expense of the customer.
Please make sure to include your return form with the correct email address for your credit to be sent to you.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Shopmzzemma.
Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are not refundable and not applicable to your credit.
Please wash all products with care. Most of our products are delicates so will need hand or cold washing.
We do not accept clothes back after they have been washed with any damage from being washed incorrectly.

Sizing Chart / Size Guide
All of our garments are made with the same measurements corresponding to each specific size. however, dependant on the fabric/material of each item, the sizing may vary slightly to create a more suitable fit for the garment.
